Refund/Return Policy for International Customers

Unused and unopened HydraSkins decal can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase to the address below:

Once items received, a refund will be arranged to the customer. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. Also allow a USD3 dollars restocking fee.

Warranty Policy within Malaysia

HydraSync Group Sdn Bhd (HYDRASKINS) warrants only to the original purchaser of this product from a HYDRASKINS authorized reseller or distributor within the Malaysia region that this product will be free from defects in color fading under normal use and service for:

HYDRASKINS reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the defect HYDRASKINS product, and all costs of shipping of the HYDRASKINS product to HYDRASKINS for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. After inspection, the decision to refund lies solely at the discretion of Hydraskins. In order to recover under this one time limited warranty, Purchaser must make claim to HYDRASKINS within 10 days of occurrence, and must provide acceptable proof of original ownership (original receipt, online receipt) for the product. HYDRASKINS, at its option, shall replace the defective unit covered by this warranty.

Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the original purchaser's date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty claims. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying the product. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. This limited warranty is valid only if the product is used with the equipment specified in the product packaging. This limited warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by HYDRASKINS. This warranty does not affect any other legal rights you may have by operation of law.

Defect Hydraskins decal can be returned for inspection to the address below. You can either mail to us or personally deliver the decal to us at:

For mails, only courier mails will be entertained. Please include your name, contact, email, resident address and replacement decal design in the mail. Only designs from our archive can be selected as replacement for warranty claims.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYDRASKINS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NONETHELESS EXIST BY OPERATION OF LAW, ANY SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES/PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
